HRISTO KONSTANTINOV
Managing Director
Hristo Konstantinov is Managing Director of "APIS EUROPE" JSC, responsible for the legal information products of the company and participation in international projects. He graduated in Law at the Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski". From 1998 to 2004 he headed the team of lawyers-editors of APIS. In 2004 he was appointed as deputy managing director, and from February 2018 as managing director. Over the years he has coordinated and led the participation of APIS experts in several international projects funded under EU programs: EuL-Invest (2005-2006), Caselex (2009), EUCases (2013-2015), ECLI-BG (2017-2018).
VASIL HRISTOVICH
Founder and Chief Managing Director
Vasil Hristovich founded APIS in September 1989. Currently, he is the Chief Managing Director of "APIS EUROPE" JSC. He graduated in Computer Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics of the Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski". He has been involved in legal information technologies since 1983. He was the founder and until 1989 a director of the state enterprise "Norma", that developed the first legal information system in Bulgaria. From 1999 to 2001 Vasil Hristovich was Chairman of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT).
HRISTO HRISTOV
Head of the Software Department
Hristo Hristov is the Head of the Software Department of "APIS EUROPE" JSC. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems and Technologies from the Technical University of Sofia. Responsible for the design and development of current and new products of APIS and is actively involved in the process of developing innovative information technology solutions of the company. He participates in the development of software applications for several international projects, implemented with the financial assistance of the European Commission.
KRASIMIR PETRINSKI
Financial Director
Krasimir Petrinski is the Financial Director of "APIS EUROPE" JSC. He graduated from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. From 2001 onwards he has participated as an expert and editor in the development and improvement of APIS products providing information services in the field of economy and finance. In his role as chief financial officer, he is responsible for monitoring and analysing the economic performance of the enterprise as well as its individual products and services.
IRINA RADOEVA
Managing Director
Irina Radoeva is Managing Director of "APIS EUROPE" JSC, responsible for marketing and sales. She graduated from the Higher School of Engineering at the Technical University of Sofia. From 1999 to 2001 she was Executive Secretary of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies. From 2001 to February 2018, she was Commercial Director of APIS, responsible for developing marketing strategies, commercial policy and customer relationships. She also manages the activities of APIS distributors in Sofia and the country. She has extensive experience in organising conferences, seminars and training courses.
PETER KANTAREV
Managing Director
Petar Kantarev is Managing Director of "APIS EUROPE" JSC and in that capacity monitors the financial flows of the company. He is also responsible for creating, updating and enhancing the content of the financial information systems of APIS. Between 1995 and 2002 he led the team of economists-editors of the company. Since 2002, Petar Kantarev is the head of and the co-ordinator of the whole process of developing new content and new modules providing information and knowledge in the field of economic theory and practice.
