Since 15.06.2009 Apis offers the information service: prepaid online access via SMS to the information systems APIS Law Web and Euro Law Web.
By sending SMS from your mobile phone, you can buy a time interval to use the service as follows:
2 hours - price 2,40 BGN VAT included;
5 hours - price 4.80 BGN VAT included.
You can request online access to the systems APIS Law Web and Euro Law Web by completing the following steps:

How to use the service
Via SMS you can pay for using the information systems APIS Law Web and Euro Law Web for a period of 2 or 5 hours:
1. Send an SMS with text:
- apis pravo – if you want to use the APIS Law system (Bulgarian legislation and case law of the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court), or
- apis euro – if you want to use the Euro Law system (EU legislation and case law), to a short number:
- 1092 – for using the selected system for 2 hours at a price of BGN 2.40 with VAT, or
- 1094 – for using the selected system for 2 hours at a price of BGN 2.40 with VAT.
In reply, you will receive an SMS with a username and password.
2. Enter the received username and password on the website web.apis.bg.
Note: The username matches the phone number from which the SMS is sent and has the following format: 359xxxxxxxxxx. Every time you send an SMS from a given phone number, your username and password will remain unchanged.

Terms of service
Sending SMS to numbers 1092 and 1094 creates a user account (username and password) for full access for a specified time interval (2 or 5 hours) to the selected information systems of APIS.
The user account is activated at the first login with the received username and password. Paid time interval for using the service starts to run from this point on without interruption until it is exhausted. During this period, equal to 2 or 5 hours, you can enter the system multiple times.
Sending several successive SMS allows you to accumulate the time of use.
The offered service can be used by subscribers of A1, Telenor and Vivacom.
The period in which you must activate your account is 30 days from the payment date.
Important information: The APIS Law system provides access only to the case law of the supreme courts – the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court. The service "Access to the system APIS Law via SMS" does NOT provide the opportunity to use the case law of appellate, district, regional, military and administrative courts.
