GDPR Training with APIS Products
APIS offers training , to help you meet the core requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and to acquire practical skills to work with the “GDPR Assistant” software application.
The training takes place in two main forms – Training courses and Training in the client’s office.
1.Training courses
The training courses are entirely practical and enable the participants to acquire basic knowledge and skills for the implementation of the GDPR.
Program:
- Key concepts in GDPR:
- Conducting initial data analysis in the organisation of the controller:

- Practical steps for conducting data analysis;
- Making data flow diagrams of the personal data processing;
- Analysis of the results of the initial data analysis;
- Maintaining records of processing activities according to Article 30 GDPR via the “GDPR Assistant” software application:
- Working with the application;
- o Practical exercise for storing concrete data entries in the records of processing activities;
- Using the sample policies, procedures and document templates included in “GDPR Assistant” as well as adopting them to the specific processing activities in the organisation of the controller;
- Q&A session – answers to specific problems with the implementation of the GDPR.
Length: 4 hours.
Size of the group: from 5 to 10 participants.
* A course takes place as soon as 5 participants sign in.
Pricelist:
- 120 BGN per participant (144 BGN VAT included).
- For each additional participant from a single organisation - 20% discount.
2. Training in the client’s office
Training in the client’s office aims to : 1) provide general guidelines for the necessary measures that the organisation must take in order to be compliant with the GDPR, and 2) provide the basic skills needed for using the “GDPR Assistant” software application.
Program:
- Initial express analysis of the main personal data processing activities carried out by the client’s organisation;
- Maintaining the records according to Article 30 of the GDPR in the “GDPR Assistant” software application:
- Functionality and way of working with the application;
- Entering sample information according to the specifics of the client’s personal data processing activities;
- Using the sample policies, procedures and document templates included in “GDPR Assistant” as well as adopting them to the specific processing activities in the organisation of the controller:
- Functionality and way of working with sample documents in the “GDPR Assistant” software application;
- Clarification of the different types of documents in the context of the activities of the client’s organisation.
Lenght: 2 hours.
Size of the group: up to the client.
* It is recommended for the size of the group to be between 2 and 5 employees of the client.
Pricelist:
- 160 BGN (192 BGN VAT included);
- For every additional hour (during the same visit) – 70 BGN (84 BGN VAT included).
For training in the client's office outside Sofia, depending on the location, the travel costs and travel expenses are added to the above prices.
