The ECLI-BG project partners - The Union of Bulgarian Jurists and Apis Europe, are organising an international expert workshop on "The introduction of ECLI in Bulgaria in the context of the implementation of e-Justice". The seminar will take place on 4 October 2017 in Sofia. Deputy Managing Director of Apis Europe Mr. Hristo Konstantinov will present the objectives of the ECLI-BG project and the plans for the implementation in 2018 of the European case law identifier within the Centralised Web Based Interface for Publishing of Judicial Acts.
A special guest of the seminar will be Ms. Desislava Ahladova, Deputy Minister of Justice, who will present the recently launched project of the Justice Ministry for the development of an information system for the enforcement proceedings.
The seminar will also be attended by the international experts, Mr. Marc van Opijnen, project manager of the BO-ECLI project and member of the EU Council's Working Group on e-Justice, and Mr. Tommaso Agnoloni, a member of the team introducing ECLI in Italy.
